Media Relations Associate

The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) – the world’s largest Jewish humanitarian organization – is seeking a Media Relations Associate for its Global Marketing and Communications Department. Assist in the JDC global budget planning and development process, manage budget data and ensure data accuracy working collaboratively with JDC regions and HQ deparlments, develop budget analytics addressing different needs of the organization, and perform other essential functions supporting the JDC global budget team. Provide support in grant management for a major part of JDC’s grant-funded activities and ongoing control over all aspects of annual grant cycle.
Help Desk Specialist
Department: Information Technology Reports To: Network Administrator Status: Full-Time Regular Location: New York
IT professional with extensive knowledge of Windows 7 and Mac 10.8+ operating systems, Microsoft Office 2010+ software, IT helpdesk ticketing systems (preferably Zendesk) and a proven track record for troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software problems. Be able to efficiently respond to helpdesk queries, runs client side updates, isolate problems, and determine/implements client-side solutions.
