The impact of JDC’s programs can be only as enduring as our partnerships are strong.
Our principal aim is to assist vulnerable Jews and Jewish communities in the present while helping them build foundations on which to sustain and generate positive results for the long term. Out of our commitment to support communities in developing their own resources in ways that are both culturally sensitive and organic, JDC partners with local organizations in creating and implementing all JDC projects worldwide.
The local partnerships enable JDC to most effectively address the unique needs of the communities where we work and to build the capacity of all of the institutions, professionals, and volunteers so they become equipped with the skills needed to serve their own communities.
