Help Desk Specialist

Job Description

IT professional with extensive knowledge of Windows 7 and Mac 10.8+ operating systems, Microsoft Office 2013+ software, IT helpdesk ticketing systems (preferably Zendesk) and a proven track record for troubleshooting and resolving end-user hardware and software problems. Be able to efficiently respond to helpdesk queries, runs client side updates, isolate problems, and determine/implements client-side solutions.

Marketing CRM Administrator

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Online Marketing, the CRM Marketing Operations Analyst will create strategy, will implement and maximize inbound marketing and lead generation practices, including search engine optimization, leveraging social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing to grow JDC’s database of supporters and online revenue. This role will also be responsible for developing, optimizing, and updating API connections related to our online marketing platforms and processes.
