Join us for a cooking demonstration with Chef Jennifer Abadi – preparing dishes from Mideast and North Africa. Enjoy your evening sampling Passover sweets and savory delights and learn about the traditional foods that Jews in Egypt cooked for Passover. Wine and soda will also be served.
Chef Abadi has dedicated her culinary career to preserving and sharing Jewish cuisines from around the world. A Signed copy of her recent cookbook chronicling Passover foods over generations and continents, Too Good to Passover, will be available with your donation.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone who is interested in joining us; a suggested donation of $180 to attend a Food Circle event enables JDC to offer life-saving aid to one of the poorest Jews in the world for 8 months.
