Ludmilla, a mother of three living in Uzbekistan, relies on JDC support year-round, but especially in the winter as her dilapidated cottage lacks indoor plumbing, heating, or even a door. The drafty home often makes the children ill, but they receive medicine, in addition to food and clothing, from the IFCJ-JDC Partnership.
