Professor Darra Goldstein, author of The Georgian Feast (IACP Julia Child Award for Best Cookbook of the Year 1993), A Taste of RussiaFire + Ice: Classic Nordic CookingBaking Boot CampSugar and Sweets and The Winter Vegetarian, will share intimate stories about her exploration of the foods of Georgia and Russia.

The conversation will be moderated by one of the JDC Food Circle Co-chairs Danielle Colen.
