Goldman Fellowship in International Jewish Communal Service. American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee Donates Medical Supplies to War-Torn Kenya

Shipment to Provide Relief to Hundreds in Need

JDC today announced that it would ship medical supplies to Kenya. The supply shipment, which includes medications for the treatment of trauma and infections as well as bandages and additional first aid equipment, will be transferred through the Israeli Embassy in Kenya to two hospitals in Nairobi and to Kisomo in western Kenya. The shipment will be transferred through the MASHAV Center for International Cooperation, a branch of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
