Job Description

JDC has an exciting opportunity for a smart, ambitious, business-minded professional. The Executive Office Manager & Business Writer will oversee all administrative staff and daily activities of the Executive office, and work closely with the CEO and president of a respected global humanitarian organization to create an efficient, smoothly-running environment. On behalf of the CEO they will produce letters and communications, and interact with high-level donors and Board members. The individual is expected to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in all activities. They must be proactive and take initiative in identifying problems and devising solutions, and must have a strong sense of judgment, discretion and tact, maintaining “calm in the storm.”
